Helmet-style magnifier. 2-axis tilting LEDs
put light
where it is needed for close-up work. Rechargeable batteries.
A box holds five magnifying lenses; can be used two at a time.

The inner element is hinged &
spring-loaded.
Shields
Small, low, 1/16" thick, polycarbonate
chip shield.
The aluminum
base has five glued-in magnets.
When re-clamping parts between machining
operations it is
essential to remove swarf.
Otherwise, accuracy can be affected & debris
pressed into the part may cause
damage.
Breathing Filter
Inhaling metal dust from grinding tools bits
is very
hazardous. See the appropriate
MSDS.
Anti-fatigue matting can really help with
long-term standing comfort & reduce injury.
These mats are 9/16" thick closed-cell foam with a
PVC anti-slip surface &
non-tripping beveled edges.
Swarf does not embed into the smooth hard PVC surface,
like it would with soft
matting, making clean-up easy.
Outlets
20A 110VAC grounded outlets provide safe, adequate
power for my equipment. The
outlet circuits use
separate breakers from the overhead lights so they do
not flicker when various
shop
machines
are turned ON.
